Kamran's longtime writing partner and collaborator is Emma Mitchell, who began her career at UTA's literary department before moving into development at Cinetic Media, then eventually branching off to focus on her own storytelling. Prior to that, Emma focused on Genocide & Holocaust Studies at Clark University.
